Need help removing malcrush from my computer?

i have ran panda antivirus and adaware and registry first aid. also deleted all temp files and everything else i could find on the net that i was told to delete but it keeps comming back. i have this red x that turns into a windows world icon that says security alert your computer is infected when i click it nothing happens. my background has turned to a blue screen and i cant change it, which at this point is the least of my worries, what can i do please help me

It sounds like it infested with malware and or virus,, I suggest you try the following to get rid of it,,

Update and use your own antivirus or download and update the avg free below and download the spyware doctor and update it,, then restart your computer (tap F-8 during startup) select safe mode and scan with both tools while in safe mode, This should find the problem so you can remove it;

Note; You should never use more than one antivirus on your computer at a time,
